![]() I quit looking, they were changing the website every day or 2 for weeks. Whether or not those buttons are "still" there - who knows. They also had a callback button for support to call you back. There is/used to be a livechat/webchat option. *Edit - Look - almost a year later - still updating this horsedung. ![]() The buttons and options change - look around under the various places for WEB TICKET / livechat or callback. ![]() There also appears to be a button to request a callback if you won't go into a seizure if someone calls you on the phone. (you can submit a email ticket - if you don't care about the wait and want to add the risk that the underpaid bot/support help incorrectly responds to you - further prolonging your issue). If you CAN'T log into the website - create a NEW social club account ON the website using a *NEW* email, VERIFY the NEW email, and use THAT to chat. Preferably you WANT to live/web chat with support - give them your steam info/cdkey and sort out the problem. No longer care about inability to open a website that may/may not be in "turmoil". If you have issues - try diff browser, isp, computer, disable adblock/scriptblocking, possibly cellphone/vpn - blah blah. *** Recently, they have also changed the website, and may be still working on it - options are appearing that were not there hours/days ago. (check your spam folder - and that you haven't blocked them) Yes, many people have multiple accounts and routinely get them confused and attempt to log in with the wrong ones too. R* also implies that you cannot use 1 email for multiple SC accounts. ![]() Also assumes you cannot log into the game, are NOT banned, nor log into the website to see your info. Unlinking is not what you want - and no, you also cannot create a new social club account through the launcher. 1 steam account = 1 cdkey = 1 social club account. Old - still relevant / Yes, this is in regards to the "this steam account is already linked to another. If you've simply lost the password for logging into your actual email - there are other paths to take to recover that access, before simply changing emails at R*'s end. This thread is valid for - lost/corrupt emails, lost/forgotten passwords, hacked accounts, verification emails, product activations, account links/issues/questions, general r* support, livechat, callbacks, changing account email, info - and on and on and on. ![]()
